To help EMMI grow without moving, we restructured 350 m² in just two weeks turning constraints into creative opportunity. Our goal was to enhance spatial use, improve comfort, and inspire employees to reconnect with the office.
Design & Build: executed in close collaboration with Forma.
To minimize environmental impact and control costs, we made the conscious choice to reuse existing materials wherever possible. By opening up the space and shifting to a flexdesk model, we not only increased functional capacity but also redefined the way people work and interact. Every square meter was reconsidered to encourage collaboration, focus, and engagement to deliver a compelling WOW effect.
