Optimisation and renovation of a 350 sqm site in a fortnight, to accomodate a larger number of workers without having to move. To save space and improve working comfort, the idea was to restructure, open up partitions and move from an office/worker to a flexdesk concept, while creating areas for meetings and discussions and areas for concentration and silence. To make workers want to return to the office, a WOW effect was created. For ecological and economic reasons, the existing glass partitions and doors were removed and replaced to redefine the spaces.
